Sah-motormail is an e-mail forum hosted by the Society of Automotive Historians for the research, discussion and enjoyment of automotive history.

Participants may pursue automotive topics from around the world, the recent and distant past, as well as current automotive events.

Use of SAH-Motormail is restricted to Members of the Society of Automotive Historians, Inc.

1. Discuss, ask questions, and offer assistance regarding automotive history.

2. Be polite. If you find yourself writing in anger, don't post to sah-motormail; take heated debates to private e-mail.

3. Observe academic standards when referencing outside material in posts to sah-motormail.

4. Individuals with automotive history items (literature, photos, data collections, etc.) for sale may mention their items in sah-motormail. If in doubt about the appropriateness of your sale item, do not post it to sah-motormail. Buyers and sellers interact at their own risk.

5. Participate with the understanding that you are ultimately responsible for your words and actions.

7. Never send the list digest back to the list.

8. Bring problems with the list to the attention of the webmaster*, not the mailing list.

9. The SAH reserves the right to remove any sah-motormail subscriber without warning or explanation.
